Jacinto Bonilla believes it's never too late to start, having entered a CrossFit gym for the first time in 2006 at the age of 67.

  Bonita's attitude to sports inspired everyone who knew him.

 On his 69th birthday, he created his Jacinto Storm exercise system, and every year more CrossFit athletes join him.

 Bonilli's system consists of six exercises, each of which must be done 80 times.
 80 squats;
 80 push-ups;
 80 pull-ups;
 80 hits with the ball on the wall;
 80 kettlebell swings;
 80 standing pulls.
