How to know what size to order?

On the shoes and clothes we produce, the sizes are indicated in accordance with the size standards of Ukraine, Europe, England, the USA and in cm.

Before ordering, be sure to read the Sizing Guide on the specific product page. 

How to length of your feet

If you find your shoe size is somewhere in between, we recommend going up a half size to allow some room for toe movement and mobility.

 

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment, delivery is carried out in Ukraine, to all European countries, to the USA, and some Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Israel, Turkey).

Delivery to Russia and Belarus is not carried out.

 

What payment options are available?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, cash on delivery if you are in Ukraine, cash when paying in the showroom.

 

When will my order be shipped?

We ship your orders out from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 Kyiv time. Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days*.

Please note that orders placed after business hours or on regional holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

*Some items may ship with delay due to availability, including any  custom order items. The production time for weightlifting shoes and T-shirts is 7 working days.

 

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipped from Ukraine. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email or sms (if you are in Ukraine) with tracking information. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking to update after handing over to the courier.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We work hard to receive your order as soon as possible to help ensure prompt delivery. Unfortunately, this means that once your order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel or make any changes.

 

Can I exchange or return an item if it doesn't fit me?

Yes, of course, we have the option of returning within 14 days of purchase. If the item does not suit you, we will be happy to offer alternative options. You can find full information about returns here Our return and exchange policy.

 

How to take care properly of Zhabotinsky weightlifting shoes?

When it comes to cleaning Zhabotinsky shoes, the simpler the better. We recommend using warm water with mild soap and then spot cleaning with a damp cloth or soft brush. We do not recommend washing Zhabotinsky weightlifters in a washing machine. After cleaning of weightlifting shoes, use the internal frame inserts to maintain the shape of the shoes. In order to avoid yellow marks on the insoles, use our fragrance for sports shoes, which has not only a deodorizing but also an antibacterial effect.  Look more

If you are in Zaporizhzhya (Ukraine), you can visit our showroom, which is located at 161, Soborny Ave. We work from Mon-Fri from 10 am to 6 pm, Sat from 10 am to 2 pm.
