Nearly 2,500 years ago, the Greek wrestler Milon of Krotovsky was considered the strongest man to ever live.
A man of incredible strength and athleticism, he taught us the three fundamental principles of muscle building: start very light, never skip workouts, and increase the load in very small increments.

Milo, originally from Croton in Magna Graecia (modern-day southern Italy), was almost certainly the most successful wrestler of his time, becoming a six-time wrestling champion at the Ancient Olympic Games in Greece. In 540 BC, he won the youth category and then won the adult competition at successive Olympics.
