At 90, Jacinto Bonilla is rewriting the rules of aging — and he’s doing it with a barbell in his hands.
The Puerto Rican athlete discovered CrossFit at 67, went on to compete in the Games three times, and even created his own brutal workout, the “Jasinto Storm,” which he still does today.
He can deadlift 325 pounds and pull up 20 times before beating prostate cancer at 83.
For Bonilla, strength training isn’t about medals, it’s about independence, proving that strength, resilience, and perseverance can sustain a person at any age.
