Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached.
We recommend trying on the shoes inside to keep them in their original condition. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged with the shoes. insoles, frame inserts and other accessories from the kit must also be returned along with the item.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
As a rule, refunds are processed within 10 working days from the moment the product arrives at our address.
You will receive an email once we have processed your return and issued a refund.
Most refunds will be sent to your original account within 3-5 business days, however some may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
An exchange or refund will be made after we confirm receipt of the returned items by the carrier.
